Our investigators make home visits, obtain third-party verification on questionable statements, employment queries, utilizing every resource available all within a contracted time frame.
Collections
Our agency has fully trained staff to determine overpayments in state benefits. Upon completion of benefit review, notices are sent to clients and the county in which the complaint originated, and then referred to the state Benefit Recovery Unit in Madison, Wisconsin.
Record Keeping
Our agency keeps all statistical data in our in-house computer and can provide reports upon request by contracted party on program cost effectiveness as well as actual and projected savings. Your agency’s error prone profile accuracy is monitored to assure validation to conform with Federal regulations.
